The Capital Projects Fund is dedicated to investing in the long-term sustainability of our church through major renovations, building improvements, and essential infrastructure projects.In 2024, we successfully completed several large-scale projects, but **additional facility upgrades are needed** to ensure our church remains safe, welcoming, and well-maintained. Our goal for 2025 is to raise $20,000 to continue these improvements.

  • Resurfaced the parking lot and added clear parking designations.
  • Renovated Davis Hall flooring for improved durability and maintenance.
  • Upgraded the sanctuary sound system to enhance the worship experience.
  • Installed a new commercial dishwasher to support fellowship and community meals.
  • Improved landscaping and safety measures with tree removal and exterior maintenance.

While these improvements were essential, our **capital fund exceeded its budget by $9,961** due to necessary repairs. To sustain future projects, we need to **replenish our reserves and invest in long-term facility maintenance**.
